We are truly excited to be hosting your group in Charleston, SC!  Our theme this year is Re(New)ed Creation.  We can't wait to share more during your Summer Immersion Week. The following information is a guide for you leading up to your Mission Immersion Trip. Our Mission Immersion Director at CYM, Janie Bruce ([email protected]), will be contacting you to set up a time to go through all of the information.

First step.... Fill out the participant list linked in the Leader Packet email that was sent to you! This is a shared document that will help all of us keep track of the information we receive. T-shirt sizes are due by April 11! The medical information block is filled out by our office as we receive participant forms. 

Below, you will find a link that you will need to send out to parents. This link includes the Participant Information Form. The Participant Information Form must be filled out by all participants (youth and adult) before attending the mission week.
