At Youth Mission Co we believe that humanity’s diversity is a gift from God, and we give thanks that people of all genders, races, skin tones, sexual orientations, abilities, cultures and nationalities, are welcomed into the family of God. Therefore, we are committed to creating welcoming spaces that affirm the goodness of all people. Recognizing that the church and society have a history of pushing certain people to the margins, we want to name that LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, disabled, and neurodivergent people are particularly welcome. We know that we cannot become all that God is calling us to be without all of us here.
